These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rickygshandyman.com website and the services provided by Ricky G's Handyman Services Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ricky G's Handyman Services Inc. provides handyman, repair, and home improvement services in the Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden, Windermere, Groveland, Leesburg, Mascotte, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written or verbal estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are free and provided without obligation.
  • Estimates are based on the information available at time of assessment. Scope changes, unforeseen conditions, or customer-requested additions may affect the final price.
  • We will communicate any material changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
  • Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit terms will be stated in your written estimate.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
  • Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • For jobs where materials have been ordered or pre-purchased specifically for your project, cancellation may result in a restocking fee or material cost charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas
  • Ensure that pets and children are secured away from the work area during service
  • Disclose any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.) prior to work beginning
  • Provide accurate information about the scope and location of the work needed

6. Warranties and Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed job, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional charge. This warranty covers labor only and does not apply to customer-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry liability insurance — certificate of insurance available upon request.

8. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Ricky G's Handyman Services Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lake County, Florida courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
